Each week, our Chefs prepare and procure unique cuts and styles of meat that you won’t find anywhere else. Our focus is on quality & we’re sourcing the finest ingredients available from a local single-sourced farmer. We are also notorious for bringing in amazing Full Blood Wagyu beef raised in the Pacific Northwest, as well as A5 Wagyu beef straight from Japan.

We’re redefining what it means to source our ingredients locally and sustainably. All of our meats are raised and harvested on a single farm in the PNW (Pure Country) by 3rd generation farmers, so there is full traceability. The cattle is raised 75% on pasture, finished on local barley & dry aged for 21 days. Lady Jaye isn’t just selling Hollywood cuts either. We’re utilizing every cut from Zabutons, Skirts, Bavettes, Toros, Tri Tips, Dino Ribs and even Flat Irons. Full transparency, full sustainability & fully local.

We rely on regionally sourced, ethically raised, clean, quality meats. Working directly with family farms and receiving whole animals gives us the benefit of preparing custom cuts, as well as dry aging, and several bone-in cuts that have fallen behind at your everyday supermarket.

We take pride in our dry-aged beef, heritage pork, fresh poultry, and more. We love talking about what’s in the case, our cooler, or what you are looking to prepare.

If you sign up within a given calendar month (or have a recurring charge on a given month), you will be eligible to receive goods in the next month. For example, if you signed up in September, the first month you’ll be eligible to receive your subscription goods will be October, etc.

When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month (unless you pause or cancel your subscription)

After signing up, you can manage your subscription at Table22 Member Portal, where you can skip a month, pause your subscription, cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!

If you select pick up, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming the pick up date and inviting you to schedule a pick up slot. If you select delivery, you will receive an email and text message at the beginning of the month confirming your delivery date.
